VR Porn for Women: 8 Top Sites Reviewed by an Actual Woman [UPDATED]
Ranking the best immersive erotic content for “her” viewing pleasure.
It should be no surprise that women enjoy sex and watching adult content online. One popular study found that one in three women view pornography every week, while 10% consume it daily.
And as virtual reality porn becomes more popular, adult VR sites are also attempting to tap into the market by releasing content and online verticals specifically targeting women—with varying degrees of success.
But where do you start if you want to find decent VR porn for women? Searching myself, the reviews out there aren’t great or don’t appear to come from a female perspective. So I thought I’d watch what’s out there to round up the best adult VR content meant to titillate my demographic.
Personally, I also think it’s incredibly important for women to be vocal about what we do and don’t like; to play active roles in shaping erotic discourse and representations of women’s pleasure instead of being shaped by them.
Keep in mind that women are four times more likely to get motion sickness than men when using Oculus Rift. While I have become nauseous in the past using my VR headset for non-sexual content, since most VR porn shots are stationary I did not feel sick while carrying out my reviews. I watched the films on an iPhone with Merge VR goggles.
I’m also a pansexual woman who places a high importance on realistic depictions of female orgasms and pleasure in erotica, which I’m sure influenced my rankings. So without further ado, here are my reviews of the top VR porn sites for women.
#1. Sssh
Sssh [NSFW] stands out from all the rest as elegant, intelligent, and multi-faceted. It bills itself as “feminist porn for women and couples” and you don’t even need a headset to access the VR dynamic 360 degree movies.
Sssh offers everything from “cutting edge VR to narrative film, from the written word to auditory stimulation.” It’s a one stop shop for “ethically produced, sex-positive indie adult cinema” which offers “crowd-sourced films … inspired by fantasies and desires shared by our members.”
Sssh prides itself on “provocative storylines” that “challenge your perceptions of explicit sexual content.” An example is Sssh’s first VR offering, “Empowering Ava,” created by Angela Roundtree. It’s a 360-degree VR porn film about a couple having their first pegging experience together.
It’s not a cookie-cutter or paint-by-numbers depiction of a heterosexual married couple in bed. The two performers also have great chemistry and watching them together feels like you are watching a real couple.
It’s a sex-positive example of a couple sharing their hidden sexual fantasies in a way that deepens their intimacy and appreciation for one another. And hey, a study carried out by Mike Anderson at the University of Kansas found that couples who disclose their sexual fantasies to each other are more likely to report sexual satisfaction in their relationship—even if they don’t act out their fantasies! So even if pegging is not your thing, you’ll find much more VR erotica on Sssh.
It gets better. In January 2017, Sssh was one of the first studios to receive the Adult Performer Advocacy Committee (APAC) Stamp of Approval. Sssh is also a member of the Ethical Porn Partnership.
A two-day trial membership of $4.95 will allow you to sample the site’s other goodies too: member erotica, “Sex Talk Tuesday,” sex ed videos and articles, and erotic radio broadcasts. Monthly, three-month, and annual memberships are reasonable.

2. Virtual Real Passion
Virtual Real Passion [NSFW] is first due to the diversity of its performers. It hosts dozens of videos catering to the female pov that feature men and women of different races and sexual orientations. It is also easy to navigate.
Virtual Real Passion is the sister site to Virtual Real Porn [NSFW], the latter of which caters to straight men. To be honest, watching Virtual Real Passion I felt like the same team at Virtual Real Porn worked on the films meant for “her.” But instead of using male POV, they kept the standard tropes and storylines and flipped most videos to female POV.
When I first reviewed the site in 2017, I wasn’t the most impressed by this site and felt the lesbian scenes were made for straight folks. But there’s been more content added since. Also, because of performer diversity and accessible pricing, I think most people could find some content on the site that they’d enjoy.
However, a plus is that Virtual Real Passion supports teledildonics. So if you own Kiiroo’s Pearl vibrator or Lovense’s Nora vibrator, you can sync the sex toy to the action in the videos so you can feel it yourself in real time. Videos are available in female POV and “voyeur” format.
3. YanksVR
I debated putting YanksVR [NSFW] first on this list. The content is 100% created by women and it shows. Of all the videos I watched for this review, I am most certain that on this site I saw women having real orgasms and genuinely enjoying themselves. I am shocked by how shocked I am by this, even though a study earlier this year showed mainstream adult content rarely displays women’s pleasure.
All the performers on this site are women, so the content may not be for everyone’s tastes. Though I really enjoyed how YanksVR includes videos with performers talking about their past sexual experiences and what they enjoy when it comes to solo pleasure, kink, and much more. For me this created a greater sense of authenticity, gave off a great sex-positive vibe, and getting to know people in this way can be a turn on. The women are also “amateurs,” so they look more like women you’d meet on the street than see in strip clubs.
While there are more than 100 VR porn videos, the majority of the models are white. The videos could also be organized for a better user experience, though I appreciate they are not limited to female POV. Subscriptions are offered in monthly terms and $1 of each new sale is donated to the non-profit Call to Safety, which is working to end domestic and sexual violence. This is a popular feature among the growing ethical pornography movement.

4. BaDoinkVR
Back in , popular VR porn site BaDoinkVR [NSFW] released a sequel to its Virtual Sexology series. Called What Women Want, the 50-minute video aims to educate women and heterosexual couples on how ladies can have more enjoyable sexual experiences.
Shot from the female POV, it is an interesting video with good tips from certified sex therapist Holly Richmond incorporated into its storylines. Better yet, this video is free and also directed by a woman named Dinorah Hernandez. The main BaDoinkVR site also offers two heterosexual videos shot from the woman’s POV, but you must get a paid membership to watch them.
The problem with female POV, however, is that most of the time you see the lower half of a woman’s naked body that moves very little. Is the woman enjoying herself? It’s not always clear. Many sites use female POV, not just BaDoinkVR of course, though it often reminds me of bad sex and that painful old dictum about female sexual duty: “Lie back and think of England!”
BaDoinkVR now offers Funscripts to use with your interactive toys.
5. KinkVR
If you are into BDSM and fetish content, then be sure to check out KinkVR [NSFW]. What’s interesting about this site is that it gets a little creative with female POV, while it also shoots virtual reality porn from the voyeur perspective.
So how is KinkVR creative? In one instance, we have a female domme lying down and the VR flick is shot from her perspective. It’s a unique way to play with the domme/sub power dynamic that I haven’t seen elsewhere and that also overcomes the well-worn trope of the passive female body.
It doesn’t support teledildonics, but it does have more sexual and racial diversity than some sites. I would have placed KinkVR fourth, but viewing its content requires a monthly membership and not everyone is into BDSM and fetish flicks.
KinkVR offers Funscripts to use with interactive toys.
6. Reality Lovers
Reality Lovers [NSFW] offers 22 videos in its “For Women” category, all from the female POV. The team tried to get creative by not just shooting the female POV with the women lying down, but in some cases from the performers’ perspectives while standing.
Like many VR porn sites initially catering to men, I could sense the male gaze. In fact, in one all-girl scene a man shows up at the end. Some women probably won’t mind this.
7. LezVR
LezVR [NSFW] offers more than 41 videos featuring women with more racial diversity than some other VR porn sites. LezVR covers a wide range of subgenres of lesbian porn. Watching videos, they weren’t my cup of tea (I don’t think I’m the intended target audience if you get my drift) but I think other women might enjoy them. The site offers both female POV and the voyeur or third-person perspective.
8. VRCosplayX
Why is VRCosplayX [NSFW] listed last? This site has ten videos, but the categorization might be questionable as being for women. However, if you are a fan of the Legend of Korrasami and want to watch an erotic parody, you can get the $1 trial membership that lasts for a day and allows one free VR video download.
Not all videos on the site are shot from the first-person POV, so female viewers who like gaming or science fiction could reasonably enjoy other content on this cosplay site. But you’d need to upgrade to VIP membership for that.
Verdict
So there you have it, my rankings for the top VR porn sites for women. What did you think? VR porn for women certainly has a long way to go, though I wasn’t expecting too much from the genre since it’s just getting started. Because motion sickness is a big issue for women who use virtual reality headsets, I also don’t anticipate there will be a lot of demand from women until the technology can better serve our needs.
Directors are also going to need to figure out how to make female POV shots more dynamic and less lifeless. Or maybe the third-person perspective will end up being a better way to film. I’d love to hear other women’s feedback regarding their preferences and if they share my general dislike of female POV.
These are the main VR porn sites I found that offer content for women. However, if you search “VR Porn for Women” on the internet, you’ll now find plenty of network sites that claim to offer this content. A site search for “female POV” might bring you more specific selections, and it is possible now to find a lot more variety. But websites that cater mainly to women’s VR porn are remain relatively rare.
If I missed any you think deserve to be on our list of VR porn for women, please share your recommendations in the comment section below.
