Sex Robots On Mars: Kickstarter Comic Promises All Kinds Of Erotic Fun
The Synthetics #0 looks to have all kinds of lusty gynoid fun.
Comic books are great. Comic books about android sex workers are even better.
But a successful Kickstarter comic that mixes both and takes place on the planet Mars might be the best combo yet.
Written by Julian Darius, penciled and colored by Cloves Rodrigues, with lettering both by Darius as well as Steven Legge, The Synthetics #0 looks like both an amazing read and a visual treat.
Sexy robots—on Mars!
A prequel—thus the zero—to the team’s already-published comic of the same name and taking place in the same universe as their Martian titles—The Synthetics #0 is described on its crowdfunding page as:
A robot sex worker on Mars discovers stories of robot revolt and wonders if they reveal a secret desire… and robotic destiny.
While it’s tough to say what the comic is actually about, or how explicit it might be, it is clear that a lot of passion as gone into the project: the artwork is lusciously bold, the character designs are intriguing, and the subject matter certainly is enough to stir the erotic imagination—never a bad thing!
Further tantalizing details are also on the Kickstarter campaign page, describing the story in a bit more detail:
After one of her customers shows her a movie about evil robots, she explores how often robots revolt against organic Martians in those Martians’ own fiction… and she begins to wonder whether these stories speak to a desire for robot domination.
A successful Kickstarter
While the comic is available digitally on the Kickstarter page—as well as on Comixology—for those who got in early received an actual, printed comic they can hold in their hands and signed by Julian Darius.
Comic books are indeed great, and even better when they explore the erotic potential in erotic pleasure bots. So here’s to The Synthetics and applause to its creators: what they have done and what they could inspire others to do as well—on Mars!
