Polly Rodriguez is the CEO & Co-founder of Unbound, a sexual wellness company that designs body-safe vibrators, lubricants, and accessories.
Rodriguez also started the Women of Sex Tech, a support and networking group set up in response to the barriers faced by her and other entrepreneurs trying to build sexual wellness businesses.
The inspiration for Unbound began while she was recovering from colorectal cancer and undergoing radiation treatment that left her menopausal at 21. Wanting to reclaim her sexuality, she tried to buy her first vibrator but the experience left her feeling queasy. She soon realized the need for intimacy products created for women by women and sold using a sex-positive approach.
