I understand that it’s supposed to be gender-neutral; I don’t have a problem with that. If two people communicate through prospective Telenoids, they can dress the robots up to look however they please. Really, I think the thing that unnerves me most about it are its truncated arms and body. If ATR were to make a version that had a complete body, with proper limbs, etc, but still retaining the blank look, it would be more pleasing to look at…
