Online gaming just got a bit touchy…

Microsoft Kinect was bound for this space – with the Adult Industry always on top of all things Tech, it was only a matter of time.. Soon you will be able to involve yourself in your online games like never before.

Austrian 3D interactive sex game developers Thrixxx have recently released a demo of their latest project – A hack for Microsoft Kinect which allows gamers to use the camera as a control point when playing one of their already developed PC games such as 3D SexVilla 2 [NSFW].

Thrixxx says:

“Recent events in the Kinect Hacker community and the Open Sourcing of device drivers have enabled the Kinect device to be used directly from connected PC’s operating on Windows 7, The Kinect interface provides another exciting interface option for users of the sex simulation software to control the experience in extraordinary new ways!”

Microsoft Kinect is a motion sensor camera exclusive to the Xbox console, although Microsoft have stated:

“Xbox is a family friendly games and entertainment console and does not allow Adults Only (AO) content to be certified for use on its platform, and would not condone this type of game for Kinect.”

Thrixxx have used information from the hacker community to create this next step for cyber sex available on PC (Due for release sometime in 2011)

This development will allow gamers to use hand gestures and voice commands to connect with their online partners, something that online gaming has never experienced… What an interesting move… Is this the future for Online Gaming?
